The three workshops in the catalogue are ceramics and all take place in the same studio, next to the Sagrada Família in Barcelona. Two are two-hour social sessions —Pottery & Vermut on a Saturday morning and Pottery & Wine on a Friday evening— where you shape and decorate a piece by hand; the third is a 2.3-hour introduction to the potter's wheel.
No experience needed: the two sessions with drinks suit beginners and advanced alike, and the wheel workshop teaches everything from centring the clay to throwing the basic shapes and trimming. Materials and firings are included.
Pottery & Vermut costs 55 € per person, Pottery & Wine 65 € and the wheel workshop 80 €. In the first two you make one hand-built piece; on the wheel, one or two.
You don't take the piece home that day: it goes through firing and is ready about 4 weeks later, so book ahead if it's a gift. Private groups are available on request. All three are subject to confirmation: you choose the day and time, the amount is held on your card and the studio confirms within 24 hours; if it can't, nothing is charged.
No. Pottery & Vermut and Pottery & Wine suit beginners and advanced alike, and the introductory wheel workshop starts from zero: centring the clay, throwing the basic shapes and trimming.
About 4 weeks after the workshop, once it has been fired. Materials and firings are included in the price.
All three workshops are subject to confirmation: the amount is held on your card and the studio confirms within 24 hours. If it can't, it is cancelled at no cost. Once confirmed you receive the QR pass.
