The business sets the price, and its contract with us commits it to charging you here exactly what it charges at its own door. What changes is what happens next: 5% of every booking lands in your wallet for the next one.

On your next booking the discount is already ticked: one checkbox, no codes or coupons to hunt for. Redeemable from €2.50, and they cover up to 15% of that booking's price; whatever is left stays for the next one.

Do the points expire?
No. There is no deadline and no membership to keep up: they stay in your account until you spend them.
Does booking here cost me more?
No. The business sets the price and commits by contract to charging you the same as if you turned up on your own. It is the business that pays us a commission for bringing it customers, and part of that commission is exactly what we hand back to you.
How much can I take off a booking?
Up to 15% of its price, from a minimum of €2.50. The rest of your balance is not lost: it stays for the next ones.
What if I cancel or get a refund?
The points from that booking go with it, both the ones you earned and the ones you spent. Anything you had before is untouched.
Do I need an account to book?
No, you can buy as a guest and it works just the same. And if you create the account later with that same email, the points from that booking still land: they are credited when it is linked.
Can I add a booking I already made?
Yes, with its code, from your account. You get the pass and the history back, you can rate it and get paid for the review, and the points from that purchase are credited when it is linked.

If plans go sideways

One optional paid protection when you book, and one promise that is already included — account or not:

Bad weather: Included, at no cost. If bad weather stops the activity, you choose: a new date at no cost, a voucher for 110% valid 12 months, or your money back in full.

Cancel for any reason: 10% of the price. Cancel for whatever reason up to 24 hours before and get the rest back in money.

The price of the option is not refunded. And if you cancel late or do not show up, there is still no refund: that is what Full cancellation is for.

And a passport that stamps itself

Every family of activity you try for the first time leaves a stamp in your passport. On the 3rd stamp we give you 100 points (€5); on the 6th, another 200 (€10). Nothing to redeem: they land in your wallet on their own.
