When is my booking confirmed?
We don't charge you until the centre confirms, within 24h. We hold the amount on your card meanwhile; if they can't take you, it's released and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel if something comes up?
Yes: cancel up to 72 hours before the start time and you get 0 % of what you paid back, by emailing info@activitatum.com with your booking code. If the activity is called off, bad weather included, you change the date at no cost or get your money back. If you cancel later, this activity does not refund the amount.
Can I book several activities at once?
Yes. Every activity in the catalogue is booked and paid for in the same place, whichever centre runs it, and each one arrives with its own QR pass.
