Two ways to get on a quad in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, in the Alt Penedès: a session on a private circuit, inside an estate of vineyards and woodland, and a guided route along the district's off-road tracks. Both leave from the same spot, on Carrer Masia Prunamala.
The circuit costs 75 € per person for the hour, with a minimum of two. The route starts at the same price for 1 hour and goes up to 106 € per person for 2 hours (minimum two) and 165 € for 3 hours (minimum four).
The circuit needs no licence and no experience: there are two 100% off-road tracks, one for beginners and one for improvers, and an instructor on foot stays with you for the whole session. You can drive from the age of 12 with an adult's permission and a minimum height of 1.50 m.
The route begins with the instructor explaining how the quad works and the safety rules, followed by some practice on a trial circuit of artificial obstacles. Then the ride heads out, getting progressively harder, through woods, vineyards, streams, rocky trails, mud and all kinds of paths. Here the driver must be over 27 and have held a B licence for 2 years.
Both quads are sold as a voucher: you pay online, get your code and the centre fixes the day and time with you. When buying, bear in mind the minimum number of people on each rate.
Because it is bought without a date, the voucher has a 14-day withdrawal period from the moment you pay. To cancel a day already agreed, the exact deadline is written on each page before you pay.
