A day of nature, viticulture and winemaking at a family winery in the Alt Penedès, guided by the house winemaker. The visit has three parts: a walk through the vines to learn about their life cycles, soil and climate; a winemaking section among presses and barrels, where the vinification and ageing processes are explained; and a tasting of 4 of the winery's internationally awarded wines, with a selection of local nibbles, during a short tasting course. You take home a booklet so you can keep practising the art of tasting. The visit is held in Spanish and/or Catalan, depending on the groups. Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00; it lasts about 2 hours and 45 minutes.
