A day of nature, viticulture, winemaking and food in the Alt Penedès. You will visit the vineyards, with a viticulture course among the vines, and the winery, with explanations of how the wine is made. Then comes the tasting of 4 wines made at the winery and recognised with international awards, where the winemaker shares the secrets of each one, served with a selection of local nibbles. You take home a dossier to use as a practical guide. After the visit, a seasonal menu at the Cal Pau Xich restaurant, 5 minutes from the winery, made with local, seasonal, organic and fair-trade produce. Saturdays and Sundays: visit from 11:00 to 13:45, followed by the menu at the restaurant.
