How do I receive my booking?
Right after paying you get a boarding pass with a QR code by email. Show it at the meeting point and you're in.
Is the payment secure? Is the price final?
You pay by card through Stripe, with no surcharges. The price you see is frozen when you book.
When is my booking confirmed?
Payment happens when you buy and is confirmed straight away. What you agree later is the day.
When will I know the day?
The business messages you on WhatsApp at the number you leave, usually within 24 hours, and the two of you agree the day. As soon as it is set we email you your pass with its QR code.
Can I cancel if something comes up?
Yes. While the voucher has no date, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw and get the full amount back (art. 102). Once the day is set, the usual cancellation applies: free up to 24 hours before, by emailing info@activitatum.com with your code.
Can I book several activities at once?
Yes. Every activity in the catalogue is booked and paid for in the same place, whichever centre runs it, and each one arrives with its own QR pass.
