When is my booking confirmed?
We don't charge you until the centre confirms, within 24h. We hold the amount on your card meanwhile; if they can't take you, it's released and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel if something comes up?
Yes: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time — email info@activitatum.com with your booking code. If the centre cancels or bad weather makes it impossible, you change the date at no cost or get the amount back.
Can I book several activities at once?
Yes. Every activity in the catalogue is booked and paid for in the same place, whichever centre runs it, and each one arrives with its own QR pass.
