In the heart of the Penedès region, just a few kilometers from Barcelona, Cavas Rovellats is a family-owned winery dedicated to producing quality cavas and sharing our passion for our history and winemaking tradition.
Founded in 1929, we have preserved the essence of the 15th-century family farmhouse, the historic chapel, and the impressive underground cellars where our cavas age for extended periods. One of our most unique spaces is the radial cellar, an underground structure distinguished by its six-pointed star-shaped architecture, which offers an exceptional setting for discovering the world of cava.
