A guided visit in three parts to a family winery in the Alt Camp. It starts outdoors, with a walk among vines, woodland and traditional dry-farmed crops (almond, olive and carob trees) on the Plana de Secà: you learn how organic farming and clay soils protect biodiversity and how the sea breeze shapes the ripening of the grapes. Next comes the century-old cellar beneath the family home in the centre of Nulles, restored with respect for its original architecture, where single-variety, minimal-intervention wines are made. It ends with a guided tasting of those wines paired with artisan, locally sourced produce from the Alt Camp. It lasts between 1 h 30 and 2 hours. Dogs are welcome on a lead, both on the walk and inside the cellar. Children can come along: they join the walk and are served an alcohol-free alternative at the tasting. The food pairing can be adapted to allergies and intolerances if you tell them when booking. If it rains, the route is adapted and more of the visit takes place inside the cellar.
At the winery: Carrer Major, 14, 43887 Nulles (Alt Camp, Tarragona). Visits by appointment, Monday to Sunday between 9:00 and 17:00.
